Ki-67 (Clone SP6)
Rabbit Anti-Human Ki-67 (Clone SP6, Catalog #M3060, M3061, M3064) monoclonal antibody reacts with the Ki-67 nuclear antigen (345 and 395 kD double band in immunoblotting of protein extracted from proliferating cells) associated with cell proliferation and found throughout the cell cycle (G1, S, G2, M-phases), and absent in resting cells (G0 phase). The antibody recognizes native Ki-67 antigen and recombinant fragments of the Ki-67 molecule.
