Biotin-Free
Provide simpler, problem-free detection with significant increases in sensitivity and eliminate avidin/biotin background problems, improve signal-to-noise ratio, and increase sensitivity for the most economical use of your valuable antibodies.
Biotin-Free Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
Avidin-Biotin
These detection systems represent any researchers’ staple IHC kit, as they provide both high signal-to-noise ratio and high sensitivity. The kit formulations are based on biotinylated anti-mouse and/or anti-rabbit IgG conjugate with AP or HRP conjugated streptavidin. For AP, antibody detection is optimized using the chromogen-substrate mixture, liquid fast red. For HRP, antibody detection is optimized using the chromogen-substrate mixture, DAB or AEC.
